Since starting Shoeswing Swing, it's been a great privilege for us to jam with quite a few swell musicians.

Jordan Comeau
Plays: Roland FP4 Keyboard, voice
Studied with: Lorri Dunn, Rioko Mine-Goldring, Robert Milne
Musical inspiration/listens to: Ray Charles, Elvis Presley, The Beatles, Billy Joel, Elton John, Beethoven, Leonard Cohen, Japanese animé music, any old rock.

Micaela "Micci" Comeau
Plays: Vocals, piano, bass guitar, flute
Studied with: Rioko Miné-Goldring (piano); Lorri Dunn (piano and voice); Robert Milne (voice). Sandy Ackles (bass guitar) She is learning flute on her own, and a friend showed her a bit on bass guitar in January of 2008, and she is continuing lessons officially now.
Musical inspiration/listens to: The Beatles, Aretha Franklin, kd lang; Celtic Woman; Joni Mitchell; Billy Joel; Bonnie Tyler; Pink Martini; Joan Jett; Mammas and the Papas; Queen, anything Broadway, and many more. Also likes Japanese animé music.

Lorri Dunn
Plays: Vocals, Piano, oboe
Studied with: at Avila Centre, Thunder Bay; continued with numerous courses/workshops on singing and piano. Teach piano, direct a children's choir; musical director for song and dance classes
Musical inspiration/listens to: Baroque, Classical and Romantic music (especially Bach, Chopin and Beethoven); Billy Joel, Paul Simon, Bob Marley, Bonnie Tyler, kd lang, CCR, Diana Krall, Michael Bublé, April Wine, The Eagles, Joan Jett.

Susan Hall
Plays: Vintage Canadian Brich Drum set & a variety of Latin percussion toys
Studied with: Self-taught
Musical Inspiration: Gene Krupa, Stewart Copeland, Carl Palmer, Buddy Rich, Joe Morello, The Police, Talking Heads, X, The Clash, Brian Setzer Orchestra, Stray Cats.

Ray Mackie
Plays: Cort Earth 6 string guitar
Studied with: A mirror and a tape recorder (self taught!)
